are the new users from different ip's.... and stuff any info the same... like password encryptions equal another account... ya i know it might not be against the rules.. or it is... to have more than 1 account... just wondering out of 737 only like 20 are active, half of them never post when they are logged in nor do they shout So question is still standing as a point, please shed some light on this. the user counts large the community is small basically

Well most of them people register to TRY to learn hacking, but they cant get the bits and give up. But there are quite few active members, and i mean. They change every time.
