I found that a bit hard to understand but I think I got the jist. Could you possibly give a link? I seems completely feasible that someone within the bank who has access could install malicous software, the machines mostly run windows so it wouldn't be to hard to write one. But what would be the point in logging pins? you'd need the card. Most fraud that happens at ATM's involves installing new hardware over the real thing and stealing the card/pin.

You shouldn't worry about people from within the banks, I'm sure the banks know what there doing... maybe?

_('~')_/ how does it feel to be something on?

Heh. I've seen these magnetic readers that have a range of 2 feet. People walk around with them in pockets or bags and steal HUNDREDS of cards numbers. The last thing you should worry about is the banks stealing your number.

EDIT: Why would they steal your number? Customer service reps can log in and look at your financial data at will. Seems like an annoyance to install software on an ATM.

Also, some guy was arrested for taking a picture of an open ATM today.

we all know that those working in the bank you can access our private data but it is also true that not everyone has the opportunity you have to access our data and not all people who work in banks are corrupt and enter a trojan on your computer to access the bank's maybe you have codes bancomat working from a distance in another continent may be some difficulty in tracing the craker these things happen every day and as usual those who are offering these services as the banks should operate in the best way to have banking transactions antivirus ever most powerful
