#1 App challenges on linux & mac on January 15 2009 16:49
Just for those less informed, Its possible to run .net apps on linux and macs through mono [ur]http://www.mono-project.com[/url]. Just started looking at the app challenges and noticed that they ran on the .net framework.

On linux I recommend ghex, its almost identical to xvi32.

I would have put this somewhere else, but I couldn't find anywhere suitable, there is not general app challenges thread.

Anyway I've tested up to number three and they all work with mono. I can't tell you exactly what packages you need because each distro may pack it different but I need mono and the mono visual basic compiler

_('~')_/ how does it feel to be something on?
