I'm curious as to what languages are known by ZI members. Besides English, I'm rather decent with Spanish and have recently started learning Mandarin Chinese. I learned Spanish through 4 years of high school and a few fluent Mexican friends. I'm using Rosetta Stone for Mandarin.

Quoted from chislam blog --> aspiringpolyglot.blogspot.com
Programming & Mathematics
Computer programming is abundant with a variety of languages. Though, it might seem cryptic at first glance, programming languages are the closest to being a universal language as is mathematics. A Spanish programmer can interpret what a French programmer developed and vice versa, yet they probably wouldn't even be able to communicate any other way. The same goes for the beautiful realm of mathematics.

I don't really know where I was going with this, but it was a random thought that I felt I had to pen out or rather key out.

Well, great blog and great reflection... A undeniable truth... That's why programming rocks!! =D
